Design And Plan
Sometimes a great plan needs a great design. Once we have a contract in place, allow one of our staff to draw your vision and create a design specifically for you and your needs. 3D renderings and elevations will be submitted for your approval.
Research And Procurement
Once we have the design concept we can collaborate and make selections according to your budget. We will procure all necessary materials, have them delivered and begin turning ideas into reality.
Permission To Build
We will submit all necessary permits and make sure to secure all supporting documentation; engineering and architectural plans, along with licensing, bonding and insurance.
Construction
- We begin with a construction meeting, followed by:Demolition (removing the old to make way for the new)
- Framing (to give the new design structure and support)
- Rough Work (includes electric, HVAC, plumbing, installation, and closing walls)
- Finish Work (installation of flooring, cabinets, counter tops, tile, painting, lighting fixtures, etc.)
